1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />ill <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3659 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, ADOPTING CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODES FOR <br />CITY AGENCIES <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS <br />IFOLLOWS: <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Conflict of Interest <br />Codes for the City Agencies listed in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by such <br />reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full and is familiar <br />with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council gave notice of public hearing on <br />�adoption of said codes as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did hold said public hearing on <br />January 4, 1977, to consider said Conflict of Interest Codes; and <br />WHEREAS, no written protest were received. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Colton does <br />hereby find, resolve, and determine as follows: <br />That the Council is satisfied with the correctness and <br />proceedings of this public hearing and it appears to the City Council <br />that the public interest, necessity, convenience and general welfare will <br />best be served by the adoption of these Conflict of Interest Codes, and this <br />ICity Council does hereby adopt the Conflict of Interest Codes as submitted <br />for those agencies listed in attached Exhibit "All. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED, and APPROVED this 4th day of January 1977. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
