8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />2.5 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3680 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON SUPPORTING AN ALLOCATION <br />PLAN ON DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS DERIVED <br />FROM THE 1976 STATE PARK BOND ACT. <br />WHEREAS, the voters in the State of California approved the <br />1976 State Park Bond Act, and; <br />WHEREAS, said Act was intended to meet developing park needs <br />throughout the State, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Act required each county to consult with all cities <br />I <br />and special districts providing park programs within the county, in order to <br />develop a priority plan for expenditures, and; <br />WHEREAS, the priority plan for expenditures must have the ap- <br />proval of fifty percent (50%) of the eligible agencies representing fifty per- <br />cent (50%) of the county's population, and; <br />WHEREAS, an allocation formula for San Bernardino County has been <br />agreed upon between the County and more than fifty percent (50%) of the <br />eligible agencies representing at least fifty percent (50%) of the County's <br />Population, and; <br />WHEREAS, the proposed allocation plan for the 1976 Bond Act <br />meets the intent of the 1976 State Park Bond Act, shown on "Exhibit A", at- <br />tached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Colton supports the allocation plan for the 1976 Bond Act. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 1977. <br />_aca4- <br />=ABE f .
