CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, GIVING NOTICE OF ELECTION OFFICERS AND POLLING PLACES FOR THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD IN SAID CITY ON TUESDAY, THE 7TH DAY OF MARCH, 1978. WHEREAS, a regular general municipal election will be held and conducted in the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of California, on Tuesday, the 7th day of March, 1978, as required by law; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, DOES"HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: 11 SECTION 1. That for the purpose of holding said regular general 12 municipal election, there shall be and are hereby established eleven (11) voting 13 precincts consisting of consolidations of the regular election precincts in the 14 City of Colton established for the holding of state and county elections, as 15 said regular election precincts exist on the date of adoption of this resolution 16 That the polling places for the respective precincts shall be the places herein - 17 after designated; and that the persons hereinafter named, being competent and 18 qualified electors and residents of said City and of their respective voting 19 precincts, are hereby appointed officers of election for their respective voting 20 precincts and they shall hold said election and make return thereof in the manne 21 provided by law. 22 Voting Precinct 1, comprising regular election precincts 24, 29, 23 31, 61 and 62. 24 25 26 27 28 Polling Place: McKinley School, 600 West Johnston, Colton.
