URBAN <br />SYSTEM. <br />WHEREAS, under regulations issued by the Secretary of Transpor- <br />tation under the Federal -Aid Highway Act (Title 23 U. S. Code), the City of <br />Colton, with the concurrence of the California Department of Transportation, <br />has been designated to select a Federal -Aid Urban System in the City. <br />N0,°J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Colton, State of California, that: <br />1. This Council concurs in and approves the roads as <br />graphically shown on Exhibits A-1, A-2 and A-3, <br />and as designated in Exhibits B and C, all Exhibits <br />being attached hereto and hereby made a part of <br />this Resolution, as additions to and deletions from <br />the Federal -Aid Urban System eligible for Federal - <br />Aid in the City of Colton, State of California, sub- <br />ject to the concurrence of the California Department <br />of Transportation and approval of the Federal High- <br />way Administration. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />HELEN A.
