The City Council hereby designates the County of San <br />Bernardino to receive service of process for any and all actions brought against <br />the City of Colton under Article 2, Chapter 5, Part 9, Division 1 of the Cali- <br />fornia Revenue and Taxation Code. <br />SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to send a certified <br />copy of this resolution to the San Bernardino County Clerk. <br />SECTION 3.
