111 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />IIII <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />171 <br />181 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4295 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON TO SIGN THE GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOP- <br />MENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECEIVING A $5005000 <br />GRANT FOR SEWER IMPROVEMENTS AND LOW-INTEREST <br />LOANS. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton had previously applied <br />for a $500,000 grant for the purpose of installing new sewer lines and re- <br />pairing existing sewer lines and making low-interest loans to fund connections <br />to these new lines; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has been informed that the Department of Housing <br />and Urban Development has approved said grant; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept said grant and the conditions <br />and responsibilities that relate to said grant, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Colton <br />that the Mayor of the City of Colton be authorized to sign the "Grant <br />Agreement" and submit said agreement to the U.
