8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />2511 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4403 <br />'WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton <br />did consider an Amendment to the General Plan for the City of <br />Colton, Index No. G-6-83; and <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on the proposed Amend- <br />ment by the Planning Commission on December 13, 1983; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said General Plan <br />Amendment and the Resolution of the Planning Commission relating <br />thereto in full and is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council gave notice of public hearing <br />as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did hold said Public Hearing on <br />January 3, 1984. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL does hereby find, <br />ind, deter- <br />mine and order as follows: <br />1. That the General Plan Amendment application, <br />G-.6-83, requested by Rancho Ready Mix, and <br />Planning Commission 'Resolution No. 1094, to- <br />gether with Findings as stated therein, are <br />hereby approved. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, <br />(��LZ4L �BT A.
