1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4564 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON APPROVING EMPLOYMENT AND <br />.AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES TO REMODEL THE <br />CARNEGIE LIBRARY BUILDING. <br />WHEREAS, the City owns the Carnegie Library Building at <br />La Cadena Drive and "G" Streets and said building is in need of <br />remodeling; and <br />WHEREAS, Gerung Engineering of Redlands and Michael J. <br />Murphy of Colton have submitted proposals to render professional <br />services to accomplish the same, copies of proposals attached <br />hereto. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />The proposals of Gerung Engineering and Michael J. <br />Murphy are approved. <br />The City Manager is authorized to sign such documents <br />and to spend such funds so as to proceed with the proposed work. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of March, 1985. <br />A.
