Because such cost is so mandated, it is to <br />be paid by the State. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Payments by the City for Unemployment Insurance shall <br />terminate forthwith. <br />Henceforth, in lieu of such payments, a sum equal to the <br />amount otherwise to be paid for Unemployment Insurance shall be <br />kept in the Trust and Agency Fund in a separate account. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of.
