111 <br />411 <br />10' <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />151 <br />161 <br />171 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4575 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON PRIORITIZING THE TYPES OF PROJECTS TO <br />BE FUNDED BY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br />FUNDS FOR FY 85-86. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton elected to enter <br />into an agreement with the County of San Bernardino in order to receive <br />Community Development Block Grant Funds; and, <br />WHEREAS, as a co-operating city the City of Colton will receive <br />$214,290 in Community Development Block Grant Funds for FY 85-86; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City must inform the County as to which eligible projects <br />will be funded with these funds. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Colton prioritizes projects in the following order: <br />1. $96,000 for the engineering necessary in order to build the <br />two storm drain systems. <br />2. $50,000 for the General Plan Update to be undertaken to clear <br />up land use problems. <br />3. $32,000 for a rat control program sponsored by the County <br />Environmental Health Services Department to systematically <br />eradicate our City's rat problem. <br />4. $25,000 for the water system engineering of proposed im- <br />provements to be provided by consultant. <br />5. $11,290 for contingency amount to be used in an eligible <br />project at the Council's discretion. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED THIS 2nd day of April, 1985. <br />ALBER A.
