R-06-04 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE <br />CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (CALTRANS) <br />REVISED DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DBE) PROGRAM <br />FOR FEDERAL FISCAL YEAR (FFY) 2003-2004 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS <br />Section 1. That authorization is hereby granted for the execution of, on behalf of said City, the <br />Revised Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goals for minority participation, both <br />Race -Conscious and Race—Neutral, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Revised <br />Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein by reference as fully as though set forth at length, to be <br />implemented for all federally -funded or federally -assisted Capital Improvement Program (CIP) <br />projects of Federal Fiscal Year 2003-2004 in compliance with Section 49, California Federal <br />Regulations, Part 26 (49CFR26). <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 20th DAY OF JANUARY, 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />O <br />CAROLINA P.
