R-08-05 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 11 2004 AND ENDING <br />JUNE 30, 2005. <br />WHEREAS, the Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July 1, 2004 <br />and ending June 30, 2005, was approved and adopted on June 28, 2004; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the <br />City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2004/2005 Fiscal Year <br />Budget, increasing the Expenditures in the Police Department Account numbers: 225-6070- <br />6081-2301; and increasing the Police Revenue Account 225-5880 in the amount of $17,888.00 <br />plus interest. <br />SECTION 2. The amendment is hereby approved, adopted, and incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 1St day of February 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA P.
