KEANE, Assistant City Manager <br />SUBJECT:Date : <br />Bid Award for Transformers to RTE Corporation in April 11, 1989 <br />the Amount of $7,762.38 <br />On March 23, 1989, we advertised for quotations for various size transformers for <br />the Electric Department. Bid opening was held at 2:30 p.m. April 10, 1989, in the <br />General Services office. A Bid Analysis is attached showing the Load Loss Evaluated <br />cost, which is how we determine the sucessful bidder on transformers. The evaluated <br />cost of the vendors to whom we are recommending bid award is underlined on the Bid <br />Analysis. <br />RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that bid award be made to RTE Corporation in the <br />amount of $7,762..38. <br />Report Prepared by M.
