January 9, 1989 <br />Dauer Park to Redlands Paving, Inc in the <br />Amount of$23,546.00. <br />On November.24, 1988, we advertised for quotations for a,Picnic <br />Shelter for Rich Dauer Park. Bid opening was held at 2:00 P.M., <br />December 13,:1988 in the ElectricDepartment conference room. <br />Two bids were received for the Picnic Shelter and a Did Analysis <br />is attached for your review with the recommended bidder's price <br />underlined'. <br />There was. $15,000.00 budgeted for the Picnic Shelter. The <br />difference of $8<,546.00 is available in unappropriated park fees. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that bid award be made to <br />Redlands Paving, Inc. in the, amount of $23,546.00`and that the <br />project budget be increased by $8,546.00 from unappropriated <br />park in -lieu fees. <br />Report prepared by K.
