Bid opening was held at 2:30 p.m., February 27, 1989, in the General <br />Services office. Four bids were received and a bid analysis is attached showing <br />price and delivery with the recommended vendor's price underlined. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends bid award to Niedermeyer-Martin for this re- <br />quirement in the amount of $24,207.00. <br />Report Prepared by: M.
