Drews, Electric Utility Director <br />SUBJECT: CALIFORNIA -OREGON TRANSMISSION PROJECT Date: <br />PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />AMENDMENT NO. 2 <br />Attachments: <br />4/24/89 <br />Amendment No. 2 to the California -Oregon Transmission Project <br />Development Agreement is to authorize Transmission Agency <br />of Northern California, the Project Manager, to undertake <br />certain additional planning and preconstruction activities <br />and with Western Area Power Administration to undertake land <br />acquisition and other construction related activities until <br />such time that a Participation Agreement is executed. <br />The agreement amendment is on file in the City Clerk's office <br />for your review. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends authorization for the Electric Utility <br />Director to sign Amendment No. 2 to the California -Oregon <br />Transmission Project Development Agreement. <br />Concur: <br />Frank Benest <br />City Manager <br />Page 1 of-----!.
