Date: MAY 9, 1989 <br />FOR NEWSLETTER PUBLICATION <br />On April 24, 1989, the City advertised for bids for printing and <br />ancillary services for the quarterly city newsletter and employee <br />newsletter. Bid openings were held at 4:30 p.m. on May 8, 1989 in the <br />personnel office.
