Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Public Hearing for the Vacation of Iron Horse Dr. Date: March 28, 1990 <br />and Golden Spike Dr. <br />At the March 6, 1990 Council meeting, a public hearing was set per Resolution No. <br />R-15-90 for April 3 to hearing any cocrments or protests for the proposed vacation <br />of Iron Horse Dr. and Golden Spike Dr. <br />The Iron Horse Ridge Community Association has requested the vacation of Iron Horse <br />Dr. and Golden Spike Dr. with the intention to provide better security for the <br />development. The proposed vacation was reviewed by the Planning Co-unission and <br />was recommended for approval with certain conditions and reservations. The Council <br />reviewed the conditions and reservations at its March 6 meeting.
