CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of April 3, 1990 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: John C. Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Public Hearing for the Vacation of Iron Horse Dr. Date: March 28, 1990 <br />and Golden Spike Dr. <br />At the March 6, 1990 Council meeting, a public hearing was set per Resolution No. <br />R-15-90 for April 3 to hearing any cocrments or protests for the proposed vacation <br />of Iron Horse Dr. and Golden Spike Dr. <br />The Iron Horse Ridge Community Association has requested the vacation of Iron Horse <br />Dr. and Golden Spike Dr. with the intention to provide better security for the <br />development. The proposed vacation was reviewed by the Planning Co-unission and <br />was recommended for approval with certain conditions and reservations. The Council <br />reviewed the conditions and reservations at its March 6 meeting. These conditions <br />and reservations are made a part of the Resolution vacating the streets (attached). <br />At the conclusion of the Public Hearing, if there are insufficient objections to <br />the vacation of Iron Horse Dr. and Golden Spike Dr. staff recommends that Council <br />approve the street vacations with the recommended conditions and reservations. <br />JCH/ 1 j <br />CITY MANAGER'S CONCURRENCE: <br />U- V <br />Attachments: 1 <br />Page 1 of Item No. 2 <br />CENTRAL RECORDS <br />FILE lO. <br />
