Bid opening was held <br />at 11:00 a.m., March 21, 1990, in the General Services office. One bid <br />was received from Ringside Products. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends bid award to Ringside Products in the <br />amount of $6,351.62. <br />Report Prepared by: M. J.
