Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Acceptance of Offer or Dedication for Date: April 12, 1990 <br />Parcel Map #12812, Colton Pacific Associates <br />Parcel Map #12812 is located on the northeast corner of Barton Road and Cooley <br />Drive. This map consists of 8 commercial parcels, The owners, Colton Pacific <br />Associates are offering an easement dedication as part of the Parcel Map <br />requirements. <br />The map has.been reviewed by staff and has been found to be technically correct <br />and meets all applicable codes.
