KEANE, City Manager <br />SUBJECT: Bid Award for Office Furniture for the New Date: January 29, 1990 <br />Corporation Yard to McMahans Business Furniture in the Amount <br />of $24,323.83 and Total Plan in the Amount of $4,332.88 <br />On January 11, 1990, we advertised for quotations for Office Furniture <br />for the New Corporation Yard. Bid opening was held at 2:30 P.M., <br />January 24, 1990, in the General Services office. Two bids were re- <br />ceived and a Bid Analysis is attached showing price and delivery. The <br />recommended vendor's price is underlined for each item. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends bid award to McMahans Business Furni- <br />ture in the amount of $24,232.83 and Total Plan in the amount of $4,332.88 <br />Report Prepared by: M.
