CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of February 20, 1990 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: John C. Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Renewal of Contract Agreement with Date: February 14, 1990 <br />the County of San Bernardino for the Restitution <br />Program <br />The County of San Bernardino and the City of Colton have been jointly involved over <br />the past two years with the weekend worker restitution program that has provided <br />a substantial amount of community service. The program has included some of the <br />following: graffiti removal, parkway landscape maintenance, alley cleanups, facility <br />maintenance, litter abatement and other items at no cost to the community or City. <br />In order to continue the program, the County of San Bernardino is requesting renewal <br />of the current contract with the only change being a $100 filing fee.
