Drews, Electric Utility Director <br />SUBJECT: ELECTRIC UTILITY EASEMENT ON TRACT NO 13529 Date: July 9, 1990 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The City of Colton has existing overhead secondary line and poles on <br />west property line of tract no. 13529 on Shasta Drive. This line <br />provides services to 7 homes on the west side of the property. <br />STATEMENT OF PROBLEM <br />The developer has a plan to build houses which will restrict the <br />City from having access to these poles and overhead lines. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Attached Grant -Deed will give the City necessary easement to enable <br />us to have access to these poles.
