Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Acceptance of Offer of Dedication for Access and <br />Drainage for Tract #14366 from Princess Maier <br />Date: May 29, 1990 <br />As part of the conditions for Tract #14366 (Belco) located in Reche Canyon an <br />easement for access and an easement for drainage through the property owned by <br />Princess M. E. Maier. <br />Princess Maier has agreed to the subject easements and is offering to dedicate the <br />easements to the City.
