Hutton, Director of Public Works l' <br />SUBJECT: Acceptance of Water Easement from <br />Engleman <br />PArVr-'D 11 wn. <br />Date: July 29, 1991 <br />This project was conditioned to provide a 30' water utility easement dedication <br />along the northerly side of the property, which lies within a 30' existing private <br />road easement as shown on Parcel Map #8984, located on S. 5th St. (vacant lot). <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: <br />The property owners have been required to dedicate this easement in order to improve <br />the land.
