CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of August 6, 1991 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Helen A. Ramos, City Clerk <br />SUBJECT: Annual Assessment for Demolition Expense on Date: July 30, 1991 <br />Assessor's Parcel No. 160-182-22. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In February 1989, the City Council assessed the property described <br />as Assessor's Parcel No. 160-182-22, also commonly known as 1756 <br />Riverside Avenue, Colton, the amount of $2,978.88 payable with <br />interest, on a 5 -year schedule. The assessment was for structure <br />demolition expenses incurred by the City under the City's Progam <br />for Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. <br />STATEMENT OF PROBLEM: <br />Assessment of all unpaid assessments must be done on an annual <br />basis.
