ACEVEDO, Finance Director <br />SUBJECT: Award of Bid for Various Elastimold Date: November 21, 1991 <br />Products to Maydwell & Hartzell in the <br />Amount of $15,504.47 <br />BACKGROUND <br />Various Elastimold products are ordered into Electric Stores inventory <br />for use by the Electric Department. When the inventory reaches a pre- <br />set review point or material is needed for a specific project, the <br />Storekeeper submits traveling requisitions for the required items. <br />DISCUSSION <br />On October 31, 1991, General Services advertised for sealed bids for <br />some of these requirements. Bid opening was held at 2:30 p.m., <br />November 19, 1991, in the General Services office. One bid was received <br />and evaluated. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends bid award for these requirements to Maydwell & Hartzell <br />in the amount of $15,504.47 <br />Report Prepared by: Mary J.
