Aguilera, Director of Community Developments G <br />SUBJECT: Request for De -Annexation of 0.6 Acre Parcel from the City of Colton <br />BACKGROUND: E <br />In a letter dated September 20, 1991 the City of San Bernardino Public Works Depart- <br />ment requested the de -annexation of a 0.6 acre parcel from the City of Colton to the <br />City of San Bernardino. The parcel is located above Mill Street, west and partly within N <br />the flood control channel (map attached). As stated in the letter, the owner of the sub- <br />ject property owns two additional parcels, east of the property, within the boundaries of <br />the City of San Bernardino, and wishes to develop all three parcels cumulatively.. D <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />The de -annexation of the subject property will not create any negative impacts to the City.
