SOTELO, City Manager <br />�� r� <br />SUBJECT:Date: February 5, 1991 <br />Award of Bid for Marbelite Streetlight <br />Standards to General Electric Supply in the <br />Amount of $14Fnn 82 <br />BACKGROUND <br />Marbelite Streetlight Standards are carried in Electric Stores inventory <br />in various sizes for use by the Electric Department. On -January 10, 1991, <br />General Services advertised for sealed bids for some of these requirements. <br />Bid opening was held at 3:30 p.m., January 23, 1991, in the General <br />Services office. Two bids were received and evaluated. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM <br />None <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />None <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />A Bid Analysis is attached for your review showing price and delivery <br />quoted by each vendor.
