Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Drainage Easement from Plaza Las Date: January 28, 1991 <br />Flores (Mt. Vernon Plaza) <br />BACKGROUND: <br />With additional building space being added to the Mt. Vernon Plaza project, there <br />became the need to reconvey existing easements through the shopping center project. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: <br />Existing easements would not meet the needs of the project or the City. The attached <br />agreement for a drainage easement is being offered by the property owners. <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />None <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />ENV I ROIL MENTAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />RECCNMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council accept the attached drainage easement agreement for <br />the Plaza Las Flores (Mt.
