Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Contract Amendment with San Bernardino Date: October 9, 1990 <br />County Sheriff's Department for Weekend Worker Program <br />ID n rvrn" n.m . <br />The County of San Bernardino and the City of Colton has been jointly involved <br />in the weekend worker restitution program for over two years. This program has <br />provided a substantial amount of community service work. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: <br />On February 20, 1990 Council approved the renewal of the contract agreement with the <br />County of San Bernardino for the program, however, the County is now requesting an <br />amendment due to changes in the County's Risk Management.
