CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of February 13, 1991 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: David Michael Davis, City Librarian —014V <br />SUBJECT: AUTHORIZATION TO TRANSFER UNAPPROPRIATED Date: February 11, 1991 <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA PUBLIC LIBRARY FUND GRANT MONIES <br />TO LIBRARY EXPENDITURE ACCOUNT <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Colton Public Library Board of Trustees has voted to use all 1991 <br />State of California Public Library Fund grant revenues in the amount <br />of $24,898.00 to continue the Library's data conversion automation <br />project. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />None <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT <br />None <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />None <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that Council authorize a transfer of $24,898.00 in <br />unappropriated 1991 State of California Public Library Fund allocations <br />to Library Expenditure Account. <br />The Colton Public Library Board of Trustees has reviewed this matter <br />and concurs with the recommendation. <br />City Manager's Concurrence: <br />Edmund F.
