CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of July 16, 1991 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: John C. Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Acceptance of the FY90-91 Overlay Project, Date: July 8, 1991 <br />#PW90-10 as 100% Complete and Authorize <br />the Filing of the Notice of Completion <br />On April 16, 1991 Council authorized the expansion of the contract for street <br />overlays to Matich Corp. to include additional streets. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: <br />All overlay work has now been completed and Matich Corp. is requesting final <br />acceptance of the project. <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />None <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />ENVIRONIENTAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />RECOMv1ENDATION: <br />Staff recon -mends that Council accept the overlay project as 100% complete and <br />authorize the Director of Public Works to file the notice of completion. <br />/lj <br />CITY MANAGER'S CONCURRENCE: <br />Attachments: 1 <br />Page 1 of — Item No. I <br />; ki <br />FILE NO.................1_l- <br />
