Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />o Date: July 8, 1991 <br />SUBJECT: Acceptance of Well #23, #PW87-11 as 100% <br />Complete and Authorize the Filing of the <br />Notice of Completion <br />RAr1<r,R0 INn : <br />On November 7, 1987 Council awarded the drilling of Well #23 contract to Beylik.- <br />Drilling, Inc. Since the award, several change orders were issued to allow Beylik <br />Drilling to install the pumping equipment as well. <br />STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM: <br />Beylik Drilling has now completed all requirements for the drilling of Well #23 and <br />the installation of the pumping equipment and are now requesting final acceptance <br />of the project. <br />ALTERNATIVES: <br />None <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />ENVIROIWIENTAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />RECONIv1ENDAT I ON : <br />Staff recommends that Council accept the drilling and pumping equipment for Well <br />#23, as provided by Beylik Drilling, Inc. as 100% complete and authorize the Director <br />of Public Works to file the notice of completion. <br />/lj <br />CITY MANAGER'S CONCURRENCE: <br />Attachments: 1 <br />Item No. 9 <br />Page 1 of --- <br />FILE NO.....7.0...
