CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of July 16, 1991 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: City Clerk's Office <br />SUBJECT: Agreement with City of San Bernardino Date: July 12, 1991 <br />Attached is an Agreement dated July 1, 1991, between the City of San <br />Bernardino and the City of Colton relating to Animal Shelter services. <br />The term of the Agreement is a five-year period, from July 1, 1991 <br />through June 30, 1996, and is necessary to carry on our Animal Con- <br />trol operations. <br />Staff recommends approval of the Agreement and authorize the Mayor <br />to execute same on behalf of the City. <br />Attachments: <br />Page 1 of Item No. /-3 <br />
