Aguilera, Director of Community Developmentivl-'� G <br />SUBJECT: Initiation of proceedings for the annexation of Peppertree Lane in Reche <br />Canyon (LAFCO 2681). <br />E <br />BACKGROUND: <br />As requested by the Public Works Department, the Community Development Department N <br />submitted an application with the Local Agency Formation Commission on the 12th of <br />June, 1991, requesting the annexation of a portion of Peppertree Lane in Reche Canyon <br />be annexed to the City. The portion to be annexed is a public road dedicated to the City, <br />serving as access to a recently annexed residential tract, TT 14366. p <br />The general location of Peppertree Lane is along Reche Canyon Road, perpendicular to <br />it, about a mile south of Washington Street.
