Ramos, City Clerk <br />SUBJECT: Amendment Clarification of Ordinance Nos. 0-2-88 Date: 2/25/91 <br />and 0-23-88 <br />Background: <br />Title 10 Uniform Traffic Ordinance, of the Colton Municipal Code was revised by Or- <br />dinance No. 0-2-88 and Ordinance 0-23-88, both pertain to Subsection 9.3 "No Park- <br />ing" Areas. These sections are attached. <br />Statement of Problem: <br />Ordinance Nos. 0-2-88 and 0-23-88 combined in Subsection 9.3 have surperfluous en- <br />acting language. The Police Department has requested a rewrite of the section for <br />clarity.
