JOHNSON, PERSONNEL DIRECTOR I/ Date: 3-25-92 <br />SUBJECT: ADOPTION OF JOB CLASSIFICATIONS LIST AND PAYROLL RATE <br />SCHEDULES FOR COLTON EMPLOYEES' <br />BACKGROUND <br />The current Job Classifications List and Payroll Rate Schedules were <br />adopted by Council on May 16, 1991. Over the past year a number of <br />changes have been approved by Council. <br />Staff has prepared the attached Job Classifications List and Payroll <br />Rate Schedules with the inclusion of all actions taken by Council <br />over the past year. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that <br />adopting the Job C <br />Concur <br />City Manager <br />D9:AGENCLAS <br />Council pprove the attached Resolution <br />,catio List and Payroll Rate Schedule. <br />Attachments: Resolution <br />Job Classification List, Exhibit "A" <br />Payroll Rate Schedule <br />
