JOHNSON <br />Personnel Director �y <br />SUBJECT: PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO POLICE MANAGEMENT MOU <br />BACKGROUND <br />Article V, Section 1 of the Police Management MOU states: <br />"The Police Management Unit shall be placed on the 4/10 or 3/12 work schedule, whichever is <br />appropriate, if the Police Rank and File Unit is placed on an alternate work schedule. The parties shall <br />meet to work out any necessary details. " <br />The parties have met and agreed to replacement language concerning holidays as described in the attached <br />memorandum signed by the City Manager and the Police Management Representative. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the City Council amend the Police Management MOU, Article IV, Section 2, as <br />described in the attached memorandum. <br />Concur —))" <br />City Manager/$ <br />� <br />C:\PMGT410 <br />
