DREWS <br />Electric Utility Director <br />SUBJECT: Award of Bid for New Air Conditioning for the Electric Substation to Scott Logan Heating and <br />Air Conditioning in the Amount of $10,700.00. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Electric Department budgeted to replace the air conditioning and heating unit at the main substation. The <br />unit required will be a larger and more cost efficient unit. We advertised for bids on October 22 and 29, 1992. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />Bid opening was held by General Services on November 10, 1992 at 2:00 P.M. in the Electric Department <br />conference room. Four bids were received on this requirement and the prices quoted are shown on the attached <br />Bid Analysis.
