E <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Staff is requesting that City Council set for Public Hearing the Fiscal Year 1992-1993 N <br />Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Project Funding Priority List, as is required <br />by HUD regulations and the Cooperating Cities Agreement between the City of Colton and <br />the County of San Bernardino Economic and Community Development Department.
