Hutton, Director of Public Works <br />?111� <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Annexations No. 46, 47, 48 and 49 into <br />the City's Landscape Maintenance District <br />RArW ,P" INn <br />Date: December 26, 1991 <br />The Council has previously approved the formation of a Landscape Maintenance District. <br />Properties within certain Benefit Zones may be annexed into the District. <br />n T SCl 1SS T IMI <br />Attached are the "Consent and Waiver to Annexation" from the owners of properties <br />within such a Benefit Zone. The property owners are requesting annexation into the <br />City's Landscape Maintenance District.
