Hutton, Director of Public Works 1� tel' <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Resolution for Office of Emergency Date : December 26, 1991 <br />Disaster Assistance Act Funds for Freeze <br />Damage in 1991 <br />RAC'KC;RCA INn <br />The City of Colton experienced losses during the unusal frost conditions that <br />occurred in December, 1990 and Janaury, 1991. <br />DT SCI ISS TnN <br />The City of Colton Public Works Department applied for, and was selected to receive <br />funds from the Office of Emergency Services to recover losses as a direct result <br />of the actual disaster. <br />The OES is requiring the City to adopt a resolution designating representatives <br />to sign documents and provide information to meet OES requirements for funding. <br />The OES has approved funds to the City of Colton in the amount of $23,042.00• <br />REC A4V ENDAT I ON : <br />Staff recommends that Council authorize John C. Hutton, Robert Lavin and C.
