Hutton, Director of Public Works * <br />o Date: January 13, 1992 <br />SUBJECT: Acceptance of West Valley Park Fencing as 100/ <br />Complete and Authorize the Filing of the Notice <br />of Completion <br />The West Valley Park was dedicated to the City and constructed as a part of the <br />CFD87-1. The Park is located south of San Bernardino Avenue, west of Eucalyptus <br />Avenue and consists of approximately 12 acres. <br />Shortly after the completion of the landscaping and irrigation systems, it was <br />determined that a permanent fence needed to be installed around the Park for <br />security purposes. <br />101QT21R`ftefWOOM <br />Bull Fence Company was selected by Council as low bidder and was awarded the contract <br />to install the fence at the West Valley Park. Bull Fence Company has now completed <br />the fencing project as per City specifications. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />The cost of the fencing project was $35,653.
