Aguilera, Director of Community Developmento- G <br />SUBJECT: Reinstatement of Resolution No. 4315 Dictating the Amount of Franchise <br />Fees To Be Collected <br />E <br />BACKGROUND: <br />When the City Manager, Leslie Stratton, presented the Council with Ordinance 0-20-91, it N <br />contained a section which repealed Resolution 4315.
