Ramos, City Clerk <br />SUBJECT:Date <br />DEMOLITION OF THREE STRUCTURES 6-29-92 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />On February 4, 1991, the City Council adopted Resolution No. R-15-92, <br />authorizing entering into a contract with PRESCO, Inc., for demolition <br />of certain unsound structures within the City of Colton. <br />DISCUSSION• <br />PRESCO, Inc. has completed the demolition of three structures and the <br />City's Building Official - Community Development Director, Jaime <br />Aguilera, has submitted the attached Statement of Costs Report for each <br />structure. Pursuant to Section 1602, of the Uniform Housing Code 1988 <br />Edition, the City Council shall set a date for public hearing of the <br />Building Officials Report. <br />RECOMMENDATION• <br />Staff recommends that the City council set July 21, as the date for <br />public hearing on this matter. <br />CONCUR: <br />Atch:3 <br />Attachments: <br />Page 1 of_— <br />Item No. -/OZ <br />
