Acevedo, Finance Direct r <br />ro Date: June 4, 1992 <br />SUBJECT: Award of Bid to San Diego Rotary Broom <br />Co., Inc. for Sweeper Brooms and Spare Parts <br />for the Period July 1, 1992 Through June 30, 1994. <br />BACKGROUND <br />The City solicits competitive bids to cover annual requirements for <br />street sweeper brooms and miscellaneous spare replacement parts on <br />an as required basis. <br />DISCUSSION <br />On May 11, 1992, General Services advertised for sealed bids for <br />these requirements. Bid opening was held at 3:00 P.M., June 3, 1992 <br />in the General Services office. One bid was received from San Diego <br />Rotary Broom Co., Incorporated. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends bid award for these requirements to San Diego <br />Rotary Broom Co., Inc. for the period July 1, 1992 through June 30, <br />1994. <br />Report prepared by: Kenneth L.
