CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of June 16, 1992 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Jack Sesder <br />Interim Public Utilities Director <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Water Quality Control Budget <br />for FY91-92 <br />Date: June 4, 1992 <br />In September, 1991 Council directed staff and Krieger and Stewart to prepare a five <br />year sewer rate study. At the time, Leslie Stratton, City Manager, recommended that <br />the budget for Water Quality Control not be adopted until completion of the sewer <br />rate study. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />Staff and Krieger and Stewart will be presenting the proposed sewer rates to Council <br />during the FY92-93 budget, however, there will be no proposed sewer rate increase <br />for FY91-92. <br />Attached are the actual expenditures for FY91-92. There are no new capital <br />improvement projects in FY91-92, only the previously approved project's expenses for <br />this fiscal year. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />The revenue estimates for FY91-92 are attached. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council adopt the Water Quality Control budget for FY91-92. <br />/lj <br />CITY ~GER'S CONCURRENCE: l c�4r <br />Attachments: 1 <br />Page 1 of <br />Item No.�— <br />
