ACEVEDO, Finance Director <br />SUBJECT: Award of Bid for a 160 CFM Air Compressor Date: September 8, 199 <br />for the Utility Department to Adco Equipment, Inc. <br />in the Amount of $13,538.79 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Utility Department has a requirement for a 160 CFM Air Compressor <br />in the 1992-93 Budget. On August 12, 1992, General Services advertised <br />for sealed bids for this requirement. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Bid opening was held at 4:00 p.m., August 24, 1992, in the General <br />Services office. Two bids were received and evaluated. A Bid Analysis <br />is attached for your review showing price and delivery quoted by each <br />vendor.
