CITY OF COLTON �� p <br />avroorte ,x <br />a <br />AGENDA REPORT 1887 <br />l f oi� <br />For Council Meeting of AUGUST 2, 1994 <br />TO: HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL <br />DATE: July 27, 1994 <br />FROM: JOHN HUTTON <br />Public Works Dir,ectorA <br />SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE EXECUTION OF THE FUND TRANSFER <br />AGREEMENT FOR PROPOSITION 116 BICYCLE NETWORK GRANT <br />BACKGROUND <br />On March 4, 1992, The California Transportation Commission authorized funds, <br />in the amount of $528,115 under the Proposition 116 Bicycling Network Grant. <br />The funds transfer agreement has been executed by the City of Colton, but in <br />order to receive reimbursed funds from Proposition 116, a Resolution <br />authorizing the execution of the fund transfer agreement is required by the <br />California Transportation Commission. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council approve the attached Resolution authorizing the <br />execution of the Fund Transfer Agreement for the Proposition 116 Bicycle <br />Network Grant. <br />City Manager's Concurrence <br />Or <br />Report prepared by James King <br />B:AG116 <br />
